  The lady at the cash register was very rude. She said to us "are you all together? Cuz I don't know what's going on". We were all standing together, the only people at the register. 2 adults and 3 children.

  The person in the drive through that takes the orders is entirely rude and provided awful customer service. I wanted my two meals in 2 separate credit cards, and I let the associate know towards the end of placing my order, and his response was "Then you should have said that" with a LOT of attitude. Realistically it sounded like he was telling me off. That is no way to treat customers. Additionally, besides the fact that I never even received a receipt, upon handing me my burgers, the associate stormed off immediately, and I had no chance to even ask for sauces or ketchup. I stood in the driveway waving at him for a few seconds, he saw me, but he refused to acknowledge my existence. Simply horrible.

  Not impressed tonight went through the drive thru and the person giving me my order was rude didn't greet me. When I asked for ranch I got an attitude from another worker. They just grabbed my bag and handed it out the window. Look in my bag didn't have my complete order. Go back through to get my missing items. Get home the fries are cold and soggy, my drink seems like it's been sitting there for hours no ice and warm.

  It's very disappointing that they always close way before the posted closing time on here, it would be nice if they had a more honest time frame for when they are open.
