  I prefer the new restaurant on S. Duff. It seems they don't pay attention ie- cutting your sandwich in half or adding extras when requested.

  I'm a over the road truck driver. I was at the rest area just 5.7 miles north of ames going south. I called Jimmy John's they would not deliver to the rest area because I didn't have a address. I guess truck drivers can't get delivery we have to do with out. I'll never eat at a Jimmy John's again!!!

  This is the Only jimmy johns store I know in Ames IA who is very respectful sweet kind and fast food was neat and fresh I'm shock how this was the only Jimmy Johns who food was quick and neat fresh and loaded with all I ask for and they did not mess up my order thanks and yes this my new favorite spot for a quick bite...###Happy new Customer for ever!!!!!!!

  Went through The drive through and ordered a beach club un-which, to my surprise 15 miles away there i sat looking at roast beef and tomatoes. I mean really people do we have to unwrap our sandwiches before we leave the drive-through? Sad to say this is not the first time. There's just no excuse for that!
